1st EU Environmental Research Infrastructures – Industry Joint Innovation Partnering Forum

A community of 23 pan-European environmental Research Infrastructures (ENVRI RIs), members of the European Commission Horizon 2020 project ENVRIplus, will meet with Private Industry partners to explore opportunities for new joint innovation projects. The meeting, organised for the first time, will take place in MINATEC, Grenoble, France, from 18– 19 May 2017.

Integrating Geospatial Technologies: Reflections on Intergeo 2016

As the leading event for the global geoinformation community, Intergeo 2016 provided a forum for 531 exhibitors to present their latest products and about 150 speakers to disseminate their innovative thoughts. 17,000 visitors and 1,300 conference delegates from more than 100 countries travelled to Germany’s main harbour city, Hamburg, to see the latest developments and applications in the geospatial sector.

New NEREUS Publication released on "How Space can Support the Agriculture sector"

A collection of 26 regional applications in the Agriculture sector was released by NEREUS. Compiled by the EO/Copernicus Working Group, chaired by Valerio Tramutoli (University of Basilicata) and Branka Cuca (Politcenico of Milano), the publication paved the way to a thematic workshop in Basilicata Region.
