The affairs of EARSC are overseen by an elected Board of Directors, who are nominated by its full members. According to the statutes, there can be up to 14 directors, of which 3 are nominated as officers. The board has sought advice from two experts who were previously directors.

The election occurs every two years during the annual meeting held in June in Brussels. Directors are elected for a 2-year term, while officers serve a 3-year term. Below are the current members of the EARSC Board.
