Who can join?
Are you an Earth Observation company based in the EU or an ESA Member state? This is your chance to shine!
Here’s how it works:
- Nominate an outstanding Earth Observation company. You can even nominate yourself, but if you do so, be sure to also nominate a second company.
- EARSC members will then cast their votes to determine the top 5 companies using the criteria below.
- These top 5 companies will be invited to provide additional information for the jury’s consideration.
- Our esteemed jury, composed of internationally recognised experts, will carefully select the winner according to the criteria set out below.
- The winning company will be announced at the prestigious EXPANDEO 2025 cocktail event.
Deadline for submissions: March 21
Eligibility criteria:
- Your company is registered in the EU or an ESA member state.
- Your company was established more than 5 years ago. If it was established less than 5 years ago, we invite you to apply for the EARSC Start-Up Award.
- You do not have to be an EARSC member to participate, however only EARSC members will be able to cast their votes in the first selection phase.
- If you have won in the last two years, please do not nominate yourself. Likewise, if you are nominated by another company, we will not take into account this nomination. You can find all previous EARSC Company Award winners here.
Evaluation criteria:
The nominees will be evaluated based on the following criteria:
- The successful development of EO services for a target market (sector or geographic)
- Strong contribution to a European programme or political priorities (e.g., Copernicus programme, Green Deal Agenda & data spaces, ESA projects, Digital Earth, etc.)
- Demonstrated growth of revenues and/or employment growth
