Join us on 20 May for the first SeBS360 Exchange Workshop, bringing together Earth Observation (EO) service providers and users to discuss how the value of Sentinel data is assessed in practice.
📅 20 May
🕙 10:00–12:00 CEST
💻 Online
During this introductory workshop, EO service providers and users will explore how the value of Sentinel data is evaluated in practice. The session will focus on sharing experiences from past Sentinel Benefits Study (SeBS) use cases, different approaches to impact assessment, and highlighting good practices and current challenges.
The format will be interactive, with testimonials from the EO providers involved in previous SeBS cases on the importance of assessing the impact of Sentinel data, followed by an open discussion, allowing participants to exchange directly with peers and contribute their perspectives.
This workshop will also lay the groundwork for a broader series of sessions under SeBS360, aimed at building a Community of Practice and developing a more consistent and practical understanding of how the value of Sentinel data is assessed across sectors and thematic areas.
The workshop is open to all stakeholders interested in impact assessment approaches and the use of Sentinel data in different contexts, including analysts, EO service providers, institutional actors, practitioners and operational communities such as international organisations and public authorities.
