We are very happy to present the results of the 9th EARSC survey on the state of the Earth observation (EO) industry in Europe. Previous ones were conducted in 2013, 2015, 2017, 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023, and now 2024. This is also the fifth survey in a series of annual updates to give more continuous information on the state and health of the EO industry in Europe. In each case, the date refers to the year of the survey with data drawn from the previous year.

We are very grateful to all the companies who contributed to this report by taking the time to answer our questions. The EARSC industry survey is a crucial tool to monitor the evolution of the EO sector. As always, we are happy to receive comments and feedback that will help us in the preparation of the next Industry Survey.
