On 21 January 2014, the European Commission published a request for expressions of interest (RFEI) for candidate entities to be entrusted with parts of the implementation of the Copernicus Services.
Today, a list of “Questions and Answers” on this RFEI was published by the European Commission (see link below).
This request for expressions of interest constitutes a “market testing” exercise and aims to identify entities which could be invited to exploratory talks on a potential subsequent entrustment by the Union with budget implementation tasks in respect of the Copernicus Services Atmosphere Monitoring, Marine Environment Monitoring, and Climate Change.
The deadline for responding to this request is 28/02/2014.
