ConnectinGEO is organizing a workshop next 21 & 22 September in Paris which will explore the benefits of constituting a European Network of Earth observation Networks (ENEON)

The ENEON will be a forum for encouraging to adopt/align with a transversal set Essential Variables and facilitate the use and harmonization among standards with the goal of having a better integration in GEO and helping the funding agencies in having a set of priorities and in to sustain current critical infrastructures for all SBAs.

WORKSHOP SCOPE AND OBJECTIVES

The Objectives of the workshop are:

  • Review previous umbrella initiatives.
  • Clarify the goals and benefits.
  • Develop a strategy to setup the network.
  • Consider the legal status.

PROGRAMME
