34th Asian Conference on Remote Sensing 2013

We are proudly pronouncing that the 34th Asian Conference on Remote Sensing (ACRS 2013) will be held on Bali at 20 – 24 October 2013. The Conference is organized by Indonesian Society for Remote Sensing (ISRS/MAPIN) and Asian Association on Remote Sensing (AARS). Holding the theme “BRIDGING SUSTAINABLE ASIA”, we offer you the festive of science, education, nature and culture in our togethernessThe event will bring together researchers, policy makers, and practitioners from developed and developing countries to share insights into the challenges and opportunities of remote sensing technology and application in solving the world problems. It will showcase cutting-edge research from around the world, focusing on themes of equity and risk, learning, capacity building, methodology, and possibly investment approaches in remote sensing. It will explore practical adaptation policies and approaches, and share strategies for decision making from the international to the local scale.We invite you, your partners and colleagues to join us in ACRS 2013 in Bali and make the conference a success. It will further help to promote the application of Remote Sensing, GIS, GPS and other related digital mapping technologies in Asia and worldwide.
